I simply can't wrap my head around people who purport to be Christians and then proceed to do little or nothing of what Christ commanded. They are pursuing their desires, not fulfilling God's will. This reminds me of the "Lord, Lord" crowd I wrote about earlier.<br />Blessings and thanks for stopping by, my friend! :)Martha Jane Orlandohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11620499267401065780noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9009456656795153408.post-80919834968876328212011-10-05T11:56:46.486-07:002011-10-05T11:56:46.486-07:00A church I attended once, after adding a new wing ...A church I attended once, after adding a new wing to their building, became overly obsessive about keeping the place immaculate. They came up with a set of ordinances to insure that people who used the facility for any reason signed a contract, saying they’d abide by the rules. But when strangers came into the church that didn’t look the part of the congregation the leaders wanted, they were shunned. Talk about letter of the law!Debrahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02273349436461781371noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-9009456656795153408.post-74643138144994579612011-10-05T06:44:05.286-07:002011-10-05T06:44:05.286-07:00Thank you, Hank and Jessica, for stopping by!
