Whoever finds their life will lose it, and whoever loses their life for my sake will find it. ~Matthew 10:39
It is in the losing that we find
It is in the finding, we become
In becoming, we begin to see
All that God has yearned for us to be
Amen

Truer words from God's word have never been spoken. It is in letting go of our own lives, our selfish desires and anxious thoughts, that we can truly find peace and life and health in Christ Jesus. I am thinking that is what I am needed to do in regards to the pain I've been experiencing. There doesn't appear to be any real definite "cure", and so I must just commit it to God and let Him do His will. That is where I am now.
ReplyDeleteThat's a wise and thoughtful decision you have made regarding your situation, Pamela. When we place all our worry and cares in God's hands, we know we can move forward in hope.

So very true, and beautifully written Martha! I know the Lord himself does allow things in our lives, so He can show himself to us, just how much He cares and loves us. In our hour of need, He is all sufficient. Blessings to you dear friend!
